• For ready stocks (READY STOCK), customers must make their payments within 3 days after receiving confirmation order from us to avoid shortage of stocks. Upon receiving your payment, we will deliver your items within 1-2 weeks. An acknowledgement email will be sent to you once we have posted your order.
• For pre-order stocks (PRE-ORDER), customers have to make their payments before the date of ordering our period. (Ordering period will be posted on the blog) Pre-orders deliveries timeframe is 5-7 weeks! (1-1.5 months)

1. Each shipment comes with a tracking code. You can trace the items with the tracking code given to you via:

HOW TO ORDER
1. Once we receive your order, we will calculate the shipping cost for you and provide you with the payment instruction via email. If there are no more changes, then you may go on to make the payment.
2. After you have done your payment, do send an email to inform us.
3. We will ship out the parcel once the payment is done. Pre-order delivery time frame is 5-7 weeks! (1-1.5 months) or longer for shipment.
We will inform you the tracking number once the parcel is sent out.
4. Please keep the bank slip for reference.
5. Pos Laju payment is not included.
6. All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia RM.
